If you don't have much prep time, focus on the admissions page, then financial aid, followed by academics, clinics/journals, extracurricular, centers, and faculty. Write down anything you are confused about or that isn't sufficiently covered. Like someone else said, because none of us are adcom people, the reason someone gets it or not is largely a mystery (outside of stats). You shouldn't listen to somone who says "I got in because of x" because they don't know if they got in because of x or in spite of x.
