I think the only solution we have is to make Actiontiles able to expand a tile's width, or, we'll need to find an option within shields.io or a different platform than shields.io to make it so ...ActionTiles is only able to display the Thing (device) status as reported by SmartThings Events. In some cases, state changes take a while to propagate to SmartThings Cloud and then momentarily later to the ActionTiles Cloud, and then will be reflected in all your ActionTiles Panels.ActionTiles displays device state only as reported by SmartThings.2.
