While both weapons increase your overall weapon damage, the main hand weapon increases your weapon damage by its full value, while the off-hand weapon increases that number by only a small part of its value. Nirnhoned is not the worst trait to have on the off-hand, but it's far from the best.Data I've been collecting from our plugin has the following so far: 15661 nodes. 146 Fortified Nirncrux (0.93%) 62 Potent Nirncrux (0.40%) 342 survey nodes. 12 Fortified Nirncrux (3.5%) 12 Potent Nirncrux (3.5%) So if we put Fortified at 0.9% and Potent at 0.45% that would match the double rate that Fortified should be over Potent.
