Score, no. Well not exactly. If you don't kill all champions and get a "platinum" score you absolutely won't get an exotic. If you do get "platinum" it's a 25% or 33% drop rate for legend or master respectively. The actual number score doesn't matter though. If I were to take a wild guess I’d say drop rate is 1 in 5 to 1 in 10.

I wouldn't mind longer legend lost sector times if the rewards were guaranteed (like glass needles for rerolling).
