If all you want to do is respect your character, there are respec potions in the game, but I dont know if they are working yet. you dont need to re create to respec. If you are clever you can respec to farm build in the evening before logging off. If you are getting raided on the next day you can respec into fighting mode. But you need to think before you respec. That's the point. Also if you know that the raid time is coming, be prepared. Respec into combat if you play on PvP.
