I got one from the Queenpin I just vanquished, with Repo Audit (Disarming Pulse), Reflex Denial (shield that reflects 90% of the damage taken in pulses over 10s in a 12m radius), and Focused Prospectus (Fire Beam, 900 heat damage over 4.5s).
