Don't really mind since my Purolator drop off is at the UPS store anyway, but their returns take forever to register compared to the almost-instant UPS ones.I went to a staples with a purolator outlet to drop off an item for which I already had a prepaid label. The lady absolutlely refused to either scan it or provide me a receipt, saying that's the drivers job when he picks it up at night. Can anyone shed some light on this?You won't be able to drop off returns at that Purolator under the new system. Just FYI.
