Very few enemies in the main game are weak against arcane, it's super effective in the pthumerian chalice dungeons though. Ideally you should have 3 ludwigs, a fire, a bolt, and an arcane, all with the best cursed gems from chalice dungeons on it. Skill Quality notes : it is the one that comes with the more pros (DPS + visc. damage). Of the two quality builds, this would be the easier one to gem as well.
