Once you have unlocked everything again on the ember tree, just hit the ember tree with what ever weapon your using, and the tree will change colors and drop a key of some sorts allowing you to change the leaves color by hitting the tree and give you the achiev for it. Weapons and their mods definitely need more balance passes. For instance, staff is undeniably the king at the moment. Not only can it clear faster, it can also loop nigh infinitely if not for the game crashing.
