Mar 5, 2023 · The freeze warning never stopped EyeSight from functioning with my 2021 Limited. Or anything else for that matter. If there is condensation/frost on the windshield or the lenses, that can do it. External conditions such as the blinding snow mentioned above, or fog and heavy rain can also shut it off. There are no Subaru Eyesight Driver Assist Cameras in stock in the US currently. There's a database for Subaru parts and they've checked the entire country for it. We've already waited a couple of months and Subaru says it will be at least 2 more months. The Eyesight Driver Assist camera is in many Subaru models.No issues at all. I think it's not physical interference Subaru stipulates against placing EZPass next to Eyesight. My guess is electronics, EZPass transponders emitting invisible rf signals that may interfere with Eyesight electronics. While never proven, prudence suggests following Subaru guidelines.
