In 2017 I installed MKVExtractGUI2 in order to extract subtitles from .mkv videos. It worked great. I just installed MKVToolnix-32bit-22.0.0.0. in order to create .mkv files. It works fine. However, MKVExtract no longer works. When I input a file into its GUI it doesn't display any tracks for me to choose (that area of the GUI remains blank).
