However, since people use wise for the mana, wise is a very good reforge for the wise dragon set. Although godly is the best, unpleasant can also be good if you are lacking critical chance which is also pretty important as well. Unstable if you somehow can't get any cc, but itherwise strong is better by like twofold. Doing dungeon is bad if your early game you shouldn't touch dungeons till your mid late to start being able to buy gear for it. Strong is better but unstable is 5x cheaper and not that much worse.
