P0028 is for bank 2 oil control valve. On the drivers side cylinder head, right behind the timing cover near the oil fill pipe, is another oil pressure switch. Had these two codes pop on my 2007 Subaru Forester (178,000 miles). I checked my oil level, and it was just below half full on the dip stick. I do have a cam seal leak, which is why the oil level was on the lower end, but I'm usually pretty good about topping off the oil.
