As the title states I just installed a new nest thermostat. For some reason the ac wont kick on and neither will the heat. In either mode it just blows warm but not hot air. During cooling it actually heats up my place 2-3 degrees. The wiring in the screenshot below (see link) is exactly what my wires look like.
