Apparently caused by visiting one Dwarven Ruin (even though i didn't get the Glowing Shard Fragment) before read the book The Aetherium Wars, by now i have 3 fragments and saved before enter in Arkghthamz, also i finished the Dawnguard questline, some people said that this quest must be done before start this questline.The shards are used to craft items in the Aetherium Forge of legend, which has been lost to the ages since the fall of the Dwarven civilization in Skyrim.
