With ToB and not enough stat, it only drains 1hp per second. To add to this, you only need a minimum of 18 intelligence to use cursed weapon.However, ToB build is a lot more versatile since you can easily cast both magic and miracles while still being able to use something like Kris Blade in the off hand to boost your spell power.
