Like others, I was surprised at the size of the Comanche County Historical Museum. It is a wonderful, complex museum with interesting displays covering all the history of Comanche and Comanche county. From dinosaur footprints to antique cars and historical buildings outside, I continually found interesting exhibits to make me stop and read more.In 2005, Comanche was moved to a new exhibit on the museum’s fourth floor after undergoing a complete restoration. hunting horses taxidermy animals Community ContributorsThe site museum is divided into two parts: an enclosed building and a roofed area covering large stone sculpture fragments.
