Nclex results on hold

NGN results on Hold, testing issues. So I took my test a few days ago. I went in pretty confident and honestly happy to get it done. Prior to testing the process was smooth. Unfortunately during the test I ran into an issue with a question that required assistance from the proctor. It would allow me to properly answer a question.
