I followed the heating instructions contained in the kit. I microwaved the bladder for 10 seconds and then slapped the sticky heating pad that was included right onto the bladder.

Yes, labcorp will contact you whether or not your urine is positive or negative.Their job is to contact you about your results so do not worry about them contacting you only for negative results but they will also contact you for a postivie result as well. Quick Fix passed temp check @Labcorp . I had a very chill experience testing at Labcorp today. I chose the one located in Walgreens because it's small and they let you wait in your car for your appointment. They barely wanted a sample lol I had so much QF left over. Easy to maintain temp using microwave, heat pack, and my crotch area.
