I have finally found the culprit, it turns out not to be the seat at all but the inside mechanism of the seatbelt buckle itself. If anyone else has an unbearable irritating high pitched squeak let me know and ill tell you ...The seat cover was black and was dyed cinnamon and had the heating element installed... The seat covers are easy to get off. The rear cover just has two screws at the bottom, then clips. The vert headrest is a pain in the rear to remove. Headrest has to be in the middle of the adjustment space so make sure you have it in the middle before you unplug the seat.
