Teleporting in should allow you to activate the cutscene and fight the aether Titan like the quest wants you too. All in all the post storm Titan fight is super buggy with the quest marker and needs to be fixed. That fight is hard enough without losing 3 to 4 hours of progress and a disgustingly hard fight on what amounted to an honest mistake.
