He is around the same weight as you and I would say he only hits around 45 when he is riding. I weigh 140 pounds and I would estimate i was going around 50-55. On the Predator 212 engines, it is set to limit the engine to 3600 RPMs. Taking out the governor will not give you more "power". It will only allow the engine to run more RPMs. Since on a minibike, the engine RPMs are directly related to top speed of the bike, running the engine faster will make the bike faster.
