Here’s a brief rundown: •My I-140 was approved in January. •On the same day as the I-140 approval, my I-485 was transferred to the National Benefits Center (NBC), it was originally at the Texas USCIS. •Both applications were filed together in August 2023. •I’m currently on an L1A visa, which is nearing its maximum duration limit.PD Oct 2012. Downgrade I-485 concurrent filing in Nov 2020. EAD, AP and EB3 I-140 all approved. Interfiled in Feb 2022. In general, the I485 has to be routed to the local field office for an eventual interview. This goes through NBC..
