Okay, so for the life of me, I looked at almost every forum and videos for a solution to change the fov permanently. I just reinstalled Skyrim SE because I got bored of playing FNV and FO4, I wanted a new perspective. When I first played I was able to permanently change the fov to 90. But I kinda got bored of 90 so I wanted to change it to 100..

But now, they dont seem to work. I can set the FOV through the console (~ fov 100), however, it reverts upon fast travel or loading my game.
