I think I find that Xi'an Famous Foods is just too spicy for me, even with the mild level requests. But I still love to texture of their hand pulled noodles and won't protest eating it again either! Xi'an Famous Foods varies for me across locations, and I really like this one! There's a ton of seats and you can order at the register or the kiosk. The dry lamb cumin hand cut noodles, mild is my absolute go to - in past visits at other locations, the portion was appalling small but it seems to have leveled out at $13 for a very good portion.
