ECE 120 and 220 should count for the minor (124,128) as well so it should be pretty chill just taking some 400 classes you like. You should also check which are cross listed with ECE. It should be an easy A though with your class background. I am not a CS person, so any computer based math courses are pretty much out of the question. both geometry classes are easy. the euclidean and the noneuclidean.
