Hi There. No worries. I think the issue has been resolved but would like to just make sure it’s a permanent fix. Essentially the cycle kept turning off midway through any cycle and then would be chiming continuously. I read somewhere online that it could be due to the basin not being close enough to the door sensor.If you hold it down you'll cancel the cycle and it will run for about a minute.
