I have had this before, but I think it was a fireplace or maybe a barrel I can not remember. I would dissemble it and rebuild it, see if that helps. And move it too. does not have to be far, but even a foot. So putting the cooking pot on a gas cooker breaks it, so you have to fix it with the GAS torch which is even hotter.... can repair anything metal wise with it now barrels sheet metal etc. never used a damaged one - because I only use campfires and somthing like this - but good to know.
