The most likely answer you'll get is to call SIG and send the gun in. This may well be the best approach. I've heard of similar occurrences with other guns, not the P365, but this may work. I went with the medium spring in the P365 XL and it does help a bit with recoil management. Rating recoil on a scale from 1 to 10 with a 10 being the easiest to handle, I'd see the factory assembly as an 8 and the DPM being a 9 or slightly higher.
