For sale is a Ruger MKIII Hunter semi-automatic pistol in .22LR. Serial number-229-05631. This is in great condition and comes with the original case, manual, and (2) magazines and scope. These are simple, rugged, and affordable, making them a great value for any sporting purpose - whether target shooting, plinking, or small game hunting.It's great with tons of features that the Trijicon doesn't have...but the Trijicon has clarity and lots of it. I bought to try out a Pulsar XQ50 Trail which was similar in magnification to the IR-Hunter MkIII 35mm but definitely didn't have the clarity. I tried to love the XQ50 but couldn't quit the pipe the IR-Hunter. Ok, I have the 6" barrel and a 4" barrel on the way. I even took my Mark I to the gun shop and told them I wanted a Mark III just like it. Young guy working there did not know how to measure a barrel length. He took a quick measurement and called it a 4".
