ARK: Survival Evolved. Wyverns for solo boss fights; any good? I play mostly SP (SP settings enabled on server) and sometimes with 3 friends, is it viable to take 1 to 4 wyverns into a boss fight and win? Wyverns are 100% imprinted and have over 2000% melee thanks to single player settings. Cant use jetpacks, superspeed and grapples.Wyverns on ragnarok don't have mating for some reason. I'm on the current patch with TLC 3 (stegos have plate modes and I have the taming tracker), but the wyverns I hatched on ragnarok are unable to breed with each other. Seriously tho, if u tame around 12 crabs you should have enough dps to kill beta manticore, for some reason it cant damage crabs. Rex rushing is probably a fine way to go. Because the arena is big, you won't have issues with the Manticore landing like you do on Valguero.
The voidwyrm, or Tek wyvern is a pain to tame. Firstly, you need mutagen, and a lot of it for a high level. On my 5X taming servers, it was roughly 4% per feed.
