Apr 12, 2016 · Dex has little effect on the Dragonslayer Greataxe. Personally i'd go for atleast 50 STR (bare minimum) and no more than 30 FTH. As for rings to boost lightning damage try the Lightning Clutch Ring and to offset damage taken either Ring of Steel Protection or to further boost physical damage either RTSR with Tears of Denial (since you've got the FTH anyway) or go full risk/reward with Flynn's ... No, it's not. It's a good weapon, but not OP by any stretch of the imagination. Twinks love it due to low requirements and high AR. That doesn't make it OP. It is still parry bait and still slow. So with 15 STR (10 + 5 from the ring), you can two-hand weapons that require 22 STR and less.
