Obviously get all of these to lvl 3/Max when you can. Jett if you have the ability to whale in regular servers. AB for burst classes, Illium for classes that can perma keep it up (like Battle Mage). Xenon is good for stat pad but generally worse than the Kanna link. Mihile is required for stanceless classes. Kanna Link can can be replaced by Adele link in parties of 6 (13% > 10%).Cadena and AB are good choices. Cadena's link applies to bosses. AB's burst damage is also good when you want to offload a lot of damage at once. Damien and Lotus are level 210 according to maplewiki.
