Panoramic wifi router
I upgraded my service recently and was sent this panoramic wifi router. Now I’m having serious issues connecting some of my smart home devices. I’ve named the 2.4 and 5 ghz channels their own separate names, and am connecting devices according to their specs/ usage. Some of my accent LED lights will connect, work fine, then disconnect.The eero is a router in itself, if you'd like to Double NAT your network, you can use the Panoramic router. I can see the ports have been added in the Panoramic WiFi app. The answer is, Cox tech support no longer provides support for port forwarding. Tier 1 probably doesn't know what it means, and the advanced support will refer you to CCC, 10$ a month for advanced support.
