It took me like 20 tries to beat jevil on my first playthrough even though i actually bothered to get the clubs-sandwich but also used a less balanced armor setup. Unlike all the Darkner towers, Jevil doesn't use D$ to place it, instead using the Dark Income's level [DI], and he appears with maximum level.
