The Starlight Green Egger™ is very similar to the Prairie Bluebell Egger™. This breed was created by crossing the Prairie Bluebell Egger™ with a brown egg layer, the result is a chicken breed that lays high quantities of only green eggs. I ordered 2 Starlight Green, ( AND 2 Prairie Bluebells and 3 Easter Egger, Aspen Spitzenhauser, Buckeye, ISA Brown, etc.) from Hoover Hatchery. When they came yesterday, I was really surprised to see wing feathers on them (clearly 1-2 day old chicks). Previous chicks from other breeds have been fluffy or barely had the start of feathers.
